Was having a discussion on possiblities of havoc being created amongst the masses… And anthrax was one thing that came out as an example. So just thought of taking a wiki download about what anthrax is.

This is the first line on wiki describing anthrax

Anthrax is an acute disease caused by Bacillus anthracis. It affects both humans and animals. Most forms of the disease are highly lethal.

Most forms being lethal meaning if spread can create mass destruction, but how does it spread?

Like many other members of the genus Bacillus, Bacillus anthracis can form dormant spores that are able to survive in harsh conditions for extremely long periods of time—even decades or centuries. Such spores can be found on all continents, even Antarctica. When spores are inhaled, ingested, or come into contact with a skin lesion on a host they may reactivate and multiply rapidly. So when animals eat these spores, they get infected with Anthrax. Diseased animals can spread anthrax to humans, either by direct contact (e.g. inoculation of infected blood to broken skin) or consumption of diseased animals’ flesh.

But anthrax as a bio weapon?

Anthrax spores can be produced in vitro and used as a biological weapon. Anthrax does not spread directly from one infected animal or person to another; it is spread by spores. These spores can be transported by clothing or shoes. The dead body of an animal that died of anthrax can also be a source of anthrax spores.

So a simple way could be to put some of these spores on currency notes or coins or anything of that sort. Man, Destructive!

So what’s this blog about?

Another attempt? Well yes. Attempting to figure out another sustainable model (there are some other attempts going on parallel-ly). Well, we have a lot of questions in mind. we read up stuff, we do some research to find answers to these questions. This is an attempt to publish that little 15-20 minute research.
