Ill effects of insomnia

Have gotten into a bad body cycle these days. I sleep for barely 4.5 hours a day. Considering the fact that I always wanted to clock this so that I get more time for work… I am happy. But am sure that this state of insomnia would be having some bad side effects.

  • Distraction of mind resulting in poor performance at home and work. Poor performance can lead to distress.
  • Gaining weight due to harmonal changes
  • Lack of resistance to diseases due to lack of sleep and body rest. Muscles may be inflamed and weakened over a period of time.
  • Not quick to react to situations.

So what’s this blog about?

Another attempt? Well yes. Attempting to figure out another sustainable model (there are some other attempts going on parallel-ly). Well, we have a lot of questions in mind. we read up stuff, we do some research to find answers to these questions. This is an attempt to publish that little 15-20 minute research.
